In light with the recent Coronavirus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) outbreak, the Montessori De Sagrada Familia (MDSF) Student Well-Being Office will launch the Sagradan Wellness Program to encourage its students and their parents to develop a healthy lifestyle amid the ongoing crisis starting April 13.
According to the school’s official Facebook page, there will be an online “Sagradan Healthy Week” for pre-school and elementary students that consists of a different activity per day focusing on a specific theme.
Those daily activities include “Mindfulness Monday,” which is intended for relaxation and meditation; “Tasty Tuesday,” which aims to focus on nutrition and health; “World Love Wednesday,” which hopes to tackle global sustainability and wellness; and “Thoughtful Thursday” and “Fitness Friday,” which plan to highlight one’s social and emotional well-being and physical health respectively.
For updates regarding the said program, check the Montessori De Sagrada Familia Facebook page starting April 13 to take part in the activities which can be done inside the home during the Extended Community Quarantine.
