After launching the school’s new vision and mission to the faculty members of MDSF, it was also communicated and explained to the different unit heads of the school operations (finance, information and technology, marketing, food services, security and traffic, housekeeping and maintenance departments). Sister Teresa Yasa, graduate school professor of De La Salle University discussed the importance of aligning school systems and procedures with the institution’s vision and mission. The different unit heads were made to present their initial plans and steps for their respective departments.
