MDSF campus journalists together with the HUMSS students had the chance to meet two of the most sought-after radio disc jockeys in the country- Papa Dudut and Papa Marky, Nov. 21.
Sagradans witnessed how a DJ works in the entertainment world. Papa Dudut who was currently airing at Barangay LS 97.1 welcomed penpushers and talked about how radio broadcasting actually works in real setting.
He also let the students experience how to use GMA’s state-of-the-art technical equipment in the radio station and listen to the live broadcast.
Moreover, he also gave pieces of advice to the young journalists to love their work, their family and their life after work. “Enjoy your life to the fullest but never forget to value and save money while young”, he added.
Meanwhile, the students also had the opportunity to meet another radio DJ, Papa Marky, who gave away freebies like Barangay LS shirts, souvenirs, and notepads.
