Star Arena, Baliwag Bulacan- Sept 19, 2017. Hundreds of students representing the private schools of Angat, Baliwag, Bustos, DRT, San Rafael, San Ildefonso and San Miguel Bulacan gathered together for the opening of the Bulacan Private School Association (BulPriSa) District III Meet 2017.
Sagradan delegates who qualified in the last year’s Palarong Pambansa Mico Angelo Del Poso, Shawn Joseph Castro, Gianne Althea Carlos and Aneeza Sarmiento were recognized and given plaques of appreciation for their outstanding contribution and for bringing honor to the BULPRISA District III community. Moreover, MDSF’s very own Mico Angelo Del Poso, gold, silver and bronze medalist of Palarong Pambansa 2017 (50m butterfly, 100m freestyle, 200mfreestyle, 100m butterfly) led the lighting of the torch to commence the week-long interschool competition.
This year’s district meet with the theme “Facing the Challenge of Change” is expected to be a great venue to showcase students’ exemplary talents and skills in various events such as academics, cultural and athletics.
